Embodiments of the present invention provide a device with an integrated low- noise parametric amplifier using a CCD-based structure with minimal noise gain. In one embodiment, a device which may be used for monitoring and/or diagnosing a human or an animal body comprises a CCD-based device including a first gate forming a first capacitor and a second gate forming a second capacitor, the first capacitor having a surface area larger than a surface area of the second capacitor; and a controller configured to input a signal to the CCD-based device; convert the input signal into a charge packet having a voltage associated therewith; transfer the charge packet from the first capacitor to the second capacitor of the CCD-based device, the voltage associated with the charge packet being multiplied by a ratio of the surface area of the first capacitor divided by the surface area of the second capacitor; and produce an amplified output signal from the multiplied voltage.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pourvu d'un amplificateur paramétrique intégré faible bruit utilisant une structure à base de CCD avec un gain de bruit minimal. Un mode de réalisation de l'invention concerne un dispositif pouvant s'utiliser pour surveiller et/ou diagnostiquer un corps d'humain ou d'autres animaux. Ce dispositif comprend un dispositif à base de CCD incluant une première grille formant un premier condensateur, et une seconde grille formant un second condensateur. Le premier condensateur a une superficie supérieure à une superficie du second condensateur. Le dispositif comprend également un contrôleur configuré pour fournir en entrée un signal à un dispositif à base de CCD, pour convertir le signal d'entrée en un paquet de charge auquel est associée une tension, pour transférer le paquet de charge du premier au second condensateur du dispositif à base de CCD, la tension associée au paquet de charge étant multipliée par un multiplicateur correspondant au quotient de la superficie du premier condensateur divisée par la superficie du second condensateur, et enfin pour produire un signal de sortie amplifié à partir de la tension multipliée.
