The present invention relates to methods and devices which permit the preparation of a solution of at least one powdered product in a liquid fluid. The method and the device according to the invention are characterised by the fact that, in a first phase, a specific quantity of powdered product is dissolved in a dissolution volume 13 by means of a dissolution liquid coming from a source 8 in order to obtain an intermediate solution; in a second phase, a specific quantity of the intermediate solution is introduced into a mixture volume 1 by means of a volumetric pump 17, with a given quantity of the liquid fluid via pump 22, in order to obtain a primary mixture of the intermediate solution and of the liquid fluid; in a third phase, the primary mixture is circulated in a loop circuit 100 in order to obtain a final mixture, and in a fourth phase, at least a portion of the final mixture is diverted towards a utilisation volume 24, this diverted portion of the final mixture constituting the solution to be obtained. Application, in particular, to the preparation of solutions for carrying out dialysis.
