This invention concerns a method and a device for feeding a counter jet mill with material to be ground, wherein the material to be ground is pressurized intermittently and after being pressurized the pressurized material batch is dropped into an equalizing tank (4), wherefrom it through a fluidization is led as a continuous stream of a gas-solids suspension through acceleration nozzles (8) of the counter jet mill to a grinding chamber (9), wherein solid particles are ground on colliding against each other. The invention is characterized in that the intermittent pressurizing is carried out to a considerably higher pressure than the fluidizing pressure in order to secure proceeding of the pressurized material, and that feeding pressure of the fluidizing gas is adjusted to keep the pressure in the equalizing tank (4) constant also when a new pressurized material batch is charged therein.

Procédé et dispositif permettant d'alimenter un broyeur à contre-jet en matière à broyer. Selon ledit procédé, la matière à broyer est mise sous pression par intermittence, puis le lot de matière sous pression tombe dans une cuve d'égalisation (4). La matière sous pression est alors acheminée vers une partie de fluidisation, puis introduite sous forme de flux continu d'une suspension gaz-matière solide, par des buses d'accélération (8) du broyeur à contre-jet, dans une chambre de broyage (9) dans laquelle des particules solides sont broyées par collision les unes avec les autres. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que la mise sous pression intermittente est effectuée à une pression bien plus élevée que la pression de fluidisation afin de garantir le transport de la matière sous pression, et en ce que la pression d'alimentation du gaz de fluidisation est régulée pour maintenir constante la pression à l'intérieur de la cuve d'égalisation (4), même quand un nouveau lot de matière sous pression est chargé dans ladite cuve.
