The present invention concerns a method for producing hydrogen from biomass, wherein said method comprises the stages of drying of the biomass, gasification of the biomass, and water gas shift reaction. The invention also concerns a equipment for conducting the method of the present invention. It is essential to the present invention that the method comprises the additional stages: of subjecting the outgoing gases (CO2, N2 and H2O) from the gasification stage to a first heat exchange, wherein the outgoing gases (CO2, N2 and H2O) are cooled, of evaporating water with heat from outgoing gases, of subjecting the steam to heat exchange wherein the steam is heated, of reducing the steam to synthesis gas (S), wherein the synthesis gas (S) is cooled and the air supply to the gasification is heated, of separating the synthesis gas (S) into a hydrogen stream and a carbon monoxide stream, of reacting the carbon monoxide with water steam to carbon monoxide and hydrogen, of separating also these secondary streams into a hydrogen stream and a carbon monoxide stream, and of bringing together the primary and secondary hydrogen stream into a product stream.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'hydrogène à partir de la biomasse, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à sécher la biomasse, à la gazéifier, et à effectuer une réaction de changement du gaz à l'eau. L'invention concerne également un équipement pour conduire le procédé de la présente invention. Il est essentiel à la présente invention que le procédé comprennent les étapes supplémentaires suivantes consistant à : soumettre les gaz sortants (CO2, N2 et H2O) de l'étape de gazéification à un premier échange thermique, les gaz sortants (CO2, N2 et H2O) étant refroidis, évaporer l'eau avec de la chaleur provenant des gaz sortants, soumettre la vapeur à un échange thermique, la vapeur étant chauffée, réduire la vapeur à un gaz de synthèse (S), le gaz de synthèse (S) étant refroidi et l'alimentation en air de la gazéification étant chauffée, séparer le gaz de synthèse (S) en un courant d'hydrogène et un courant de monoxyde de carbone, faire réagir le monoxyde de carbone avec la vapeur d'eau pour obtenir du monoxyde de carbone et de l'hydrogène, séparer également ces courants secondaires en un courant d'hydrogène et un courant de monoxyde de carbone, et rassembler les courants d'hydrogène primaire et secondaire en un courant de produit.
