L'invention concerne un procédé et des équipements destinés à être appliqués dans l'industrie des produits chimiques pour détruire des substances solides contenant du carbone et des hydrocarbures. L'invention garantit l'absence d'oxygène dans le réacteur et permet un rendement thermique plus important. L'avant-creuset fermé est utilisé pour préchauffer chaque pneu suivant. L'avantage technologique résulte de l'utilisation de matériau anti-étincelant pour l'espace interne de l'avant-creuset, de l'utilisation de rouleaux refroidis à l'eau (22) scellés dans un carter (23), placé sous le réacteur cylindrique (1) et dans un réservoir d'eau (24), formant une vanne de contre-pression et de l'utilisation de trois transporteurs à bande indépendants, formant un système de transport d'évacuation.
