ABREGE DESCRIPTIF Procédé de traitement thermique d'objets avec trempe en milieu gazeux à recirculation au contact desdits objets traites avec refroidissement du gaz de trempe au moyen d'un échangeur thermique, du genre où l'on utilise de l'hélium comme gaz de trempe qui est stocke sous pression d'attente dans une capacité-tampon, à la fin d'une opération de trempe, on extrait la charge d'hélium hors de l'enceinte de traitement, en phase finale par pompe jusqu'à l'obtention d'un vide primaire, on porte par compresseur associe à un filtre mécanique ledit hélium extrait à une pression d'épuration, et l'on fait passer ledit hélium à pression d'épuration dans un épurateur d'élimination des impuretés, pour le trans- férer, le cas échéant, après recompression, dans la capacité-tampon.
