The invention provides novel polynucleotides and polypeptides encoded by such polynucleotides and mutants or variants thereof that correspond to novel human secreted IGFBP-like polypeptides. These polynucloetides comprise nucleic acid sequences isolated from cDNA library from adrenal gland mRNA (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO:1) and thymus mRNA (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO: 2). Other aspects of the invention include vectors containing processes for producing novel human secreted IGFBP-like polypeptides, and antibodies specific for such polypeptides.
Cette invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides, et des polypeptides codés par ces polynucléotides et des mutants ou variants desdits polynucléotides, qui correspondent aux nouveaux polypeptides humains sécrétés semblables à la protéine de liaison au facteur de croissance semblable à l'insuline (IGFBP). Ces polynucléotides comprennent des séquences d'acide nucléique isolées d'une bibliothèque d'ADNc issue de l'ARNm de la glande surrénale (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO. 1) et de l'ARNm du thymus (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO. 2). D'autres aspects de l'invention incluent des processus contenant des vecteurs servant à produire de nouveaux polypeptides humains sécrétés semblables à l'IGFBP et des anticorps spécifiques desdits polypeptides.
