A machine for stuffing natural casings with emulsion, the machine having an emulsion stuffing tube with a first end and a discharge end for extruding emulsion into a casing on an outer surface of the stuffing tube, the stuffing tube extending through a twisting mechanism proximate the discharge end; and a follower having an insert with a central bore that slidably receives the stuffing tube wherein the insert has an outer surface and a receiving chamber with a diameter less than a diameter of the outer surface.

Une machine pour remplir d'émulsion du boyau naturel, ma machine comportant un tube de remplissage d'émulsion définissant une première extrémité et une extrémité de décharge servant à extruder l'émulsion dans du boyau disposé sur une surface extérieure du tube de remplissage, le tube de remplissage traversant un mécanisme torsadeur voisin de l'extrémité de décharge; et un curseur pourvu d'un réceptacle interne amovible à orifice central qui reçoit en coulissement le tube de remplissage, le réceptacle présentant une face externe et une chambre réceptrice d'un diamètre inférieur à celui de la face externe.
