The invention relates to a method for the production of a liner comprising at least a top layer and a base layer, wherein a forming section is used, with at least two forming units to create a fibre web, said fibre web being conveyed through a press section and further to a drying section, said press section comprising a number of roll nips and at least one impermeable transfer belt with at least one smooth surface, wherein said transfer belt runs through the last nip in the press section and that the fibre web is conveyed through the last nip in the press section in such manner that its top layer is pressed against said smooth surface of the transfer belt.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une doublure comprenant une couche supérieure et une couche de base. Dans ce procédé, on utilise une station de formage dans laquelle au moins deux unités de formage produisent un voile de fibres, ce dernier étant transféré à une station de presse puis à une station de séchage. La station de presse comprend une pluralité de cylindres et au moins une bande de transfert imperméable comportant une surface lisse, ladite bande de transfert traversant le dernier cylindre de la station de presse. Le voile de fibres est envoyé dans le dernier cylindre de la station de presse de telle manière que sa couche supérieure se trouve pressée contre la surface lisse de la bande de transfert.
