In practice it is desirable to enrich feedstuff pellets with various additives in quite small amounts, e.g. only 100 g per ton, preferably that they are sprayed in a dissolved or suspended state on a flat stream of the pellets in cold condition. It is known to arrange this by using a falling stream of the pellets along an inclined chute. However, it is difficult hereby to achieve any particulary good dosing precision of the sprayed materials, some of which can be quite expensive. Moreover, the associated plants are difficult to install in normal premises. With the invention, a flat stream is produced by using an ejector wheel, whereby the chute can be quite short for reducing the construction height and, at the same time that this in itself improves the dosing accuracy, use is made of a continuous mass flow measurement which is used for the regulation of the dosing or the ejector capacity in achieving extra good liquid-dosing precision.
D'une façon pratique, il est souhaitable d'enrichir des granules d'aliments pour animaux au moyen de divers additifs en doses relativement petites, par exemple seulement 100 g par tonne, ces additifs étant vaporisés à l'état dissous ou en suspension, sur un flux plat de granules, à l'état froid. Il est bien connu que l'on peut améliorer ce processus en utilisant un flux de granules tombant le long d'une glissière inclinée. Cependant, il est difficile alors d'obtenir une quelconque précision d'un dosage particulièrement adéquat des matières vaporisées, dont certaines d'entre elles sont relativement chères. En outre, les installations associées à ce processus sont difficiles à monter dans des bâtiments classiques. Selon l'invention, on produit un flux plat en utilisant une roue d'éjection, ce qui permet d'utiliser une glissière relativement petite et de limiter la hauteur de la construction; outre le fait que cet agencement permet en même temps d'améliorer la précision du dosage, on utilise une mesure d'écoulement massique en continu pour réguler le dosage ou la capacité d'éjection et obtenir une excellente précision de dosage du liquide.
