The invention concerns a method for treating solid waste products harmful to the environment, comprising in particular a step of thermolysis of the solid products in a thermolysis zone (2), consisting in: sucking the gases from the thermolysis zone; cooling (12) at least part of the sucked gases to a temperature less than about 80 ·C; separating (12) the condensed products derived from the cooling of non-condensed gases derived from the same cooling; heating (21) part of the sucked gases by combustion (16) of at least part of the non-condensed gases; and recycling (23) the heated part of the gases by re-introducing it into the thermolysis zone. The invention also concerns a plant for implementing this method.
L'invention a trait à un procédé de traitement de produits solides dont le rejet est préjudiciable pour l'environnement, comprenant notamment une étape de thermolyse des produits solides dans une zone de thermolyse (2), selon laquelle: on aspire les gaz de la zone de thermolyse; on refroidit (12) une partie au moins des gaz aspirés jusqu'à une température inférieure à environ 80 ~C; on sépare (12) les produits condensés issus du refroidissement des gaz incondensés issus de ce même refroidissement; on réchauffe (21) une partie des gaz aspirés par combustion (16) d'une partie au moins des gaz incondensés; et on recycle (23) la partie réchauffée de gaz par réintroduction dans la zone de thermolyse. L'invention a également trait à une installation pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
