The method and process for producing youthful appearing, small-pored, and smooth skin comprises pretreating the skin topically with retinoic acid, applying a contaminate in oil to the skin, and removing the contaminate by exploding or rupturing it with laser light. When treating the face, removing the contaminate requires only about 4 minutes. The laser light itself does not injure the skin but the rupture of the contaminant produces thermal injury in the high dermis leaving the epidermis intact. Repeated intermittent laser treatments and applications of topical retinoic acid produces the desired results in the skin indefinitely as long as the treatments and applications are continued.
L'invention concerne un procédé et une procédure permettant de laisser la peau souple, avec de petits pores et un aspect jeune. Ce procédé comprend un prétraitement topique de la peau à l'acide rétinoïque, l'application sur la peau d'un contaminant dans l'huile, et le retrait du contaminant par son explosion ou sa rupture à la lumière laser. Lors du traitement du visage, il suffit d'environ 4 minutes pour enlever le contaminant. La lumière laser elle-même ne provoque pas de lésion de la peau mais la rupture du contaminant engendre une lésion thermique dans le derme laissant l'épiderme intact. Des traitements laser intermittents répétés et des applications d'acide rétinoïque topique donnent les résultats souhaités à la peau aussi longtemps que les traitements et les applications sont poursuivis.
