[PROBLEMS] To provide a method for supporting input of data required to perform a business processing in a data processing system including an input user terminal and an input alternate user terminal. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An input user terminal records the terminal operation of an input user and receives the specification of an input alternate user in at least one of the input fields in the input screen of data required for a business processing from the input user. An input alternate user terminal starts a reproduction processing of an operation in the input user terminal by using an input reproduction file created according to the record of the terminal operation of the input user, then stops the reproduction processing, and waits for the input alternate user to input the data which is to be inputted to the input field assigned to the input alternate user. The input alternate user terminal transmits the inputted data from the input alternate user.
L'invention concerne un procédé de prise en charge de saisie de données requises pour la gestion administrative dans un système de traitement de données comprenant un terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée et un terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement. Un terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée enregistre le fonctionnement du terminal d'un utilisateur d'entrée et reçoit, de l'utilisateur d'entrée, la spécification d'un utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement dans au moins l'un des champs de saisie de l'écran de saisie des données requises pour la gestion administrative. Un terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement lance un traitement de reproduction d'une opération donnée dans le terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée par application d'un fichier de reproduction de saisie créé selon l'enregistrement du fonctionnement du terminal de l'utilisateur d'entrée, puis interrompt le traitement de reproduction et attend l'entrée des données devant être saisies par l'utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement dans le champ d'entrée qui lui est attribué. Le terminal d'utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement transmet alors les données saisies par l'utilisateur d'entrée de remplacement.
