The present invention relates to a method and system for creating a customized color cosmetic mass at the point of sale to a customer. The method includes selecting a final color, identifying a combination of pellets (22) to create the final color upon combination thereof, heating the combination of pellets (22) in a container (24) to a specified temperature to form a heated mixture, transferring the heated mixture from the container to a mold (30), cooling the mold until the heated mixture solidifies to form the cosmetic mass (56), and disassembling the mold to release the mass. The system includes a plurality of pellets (22) having at least two different colors, a programmable device (10) for identifying a combination of pellets (22) to provide a final color, a container (24) for receiving the combination of pellets (22), a heating unit (20) for heating the pellets (22) to form a homogeneous heated mixture, a mold (30) defining the shape of the cosmetic mass (56) for receiving the homogeneous heated mixture, and a cooling unit (40) for cooling the mold (30) until the heated mixture solidifies into the cosmetic mass (56).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de produire une préparation de produits cosmétiques à couleur personnalisée sur le point de vente d'un utilisateur. Le procédé consiste à sélectionner une couleur finale, à identifier une combinaison de granules (22) afin d'obtenir ladite couleur finale par combinaison desdites granules, à chauffer la combinaison de granules (22) dans un récipient (24) à une température spécifiée de façon à former un mélange chauffé, à transférer le mélange chauffé du récipient dans un moule (30), à refroidir le moule jusqu'à ce que le mélange se solidifie pour former la préparation de produit cosmétique (56), et à désassembler le moule pour libérer ladite masse. Le système comprend une pluralité de granules (22) d'au moins deux couleurs différentes, un dispositif programmable (10) destiné à identifier une combinaison de granules (22) afin d'obtenir une couleur finale, un récipient (24) destiné à recevoir la combinaison de granules (22), une unité de chauffage (20) destinée à chauffer les granules (22) afin de former un mélange chauffé homogène, un moule (30) définissant la forme de la préparation de produit cosmétique (56), destiné à recevoir le mélange chauffé homogène, et une unité de refroidissement (40) destinée à refroidir le moule (30) jusqu'à ce que le mélange se solidifie en une préparation de produit cosmétique (56).
