A method and system for controlling fouling in a hydrocarbon re-fining process that includes measuring a level of a particulate in a process stream of the hydrocarbon refining process in communication with a hydrocarbon re-finery component, identifying an effec-tive amount of additive capable of reduc-ing particulate-induced fouling based at least in part on the measured level of the particulate in the process stream, and in-troducing the effective amount of addi-tive to the hydrocarbon refining process.
Linvention concerne un procédé et un système de contrôle de la contamination au cours dun processus de raffinage dhydrocarbures, consistant à mesurer un niveau de particules dans un courant de processus du processus de raffinage dhydrocarbures en communication avec un composant de raffinage dhydrocarbures, à identifier une quantité effective dadditif permettant de réduire la contamination par des particules, au moins en partie sur la base du niveau mesuré de particules dans le courant de processus, et à introduire la quantité effective dadditif dans le processus de raffinage dhydrocarbures.
