A method for creating a library of crosslinked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) wherein each CLEA is prepared according to a reaction process comprising an aggregation step of aggregating enzymes and a crosslinking step for crosslinking the enzymes, comprises the steps of creating a basic recipe for a reaction process for preparation of a CLEA, selecting at least one parameter in the basic recipe, which parameter is to be varied, generating a plurality of parameter values, creating a set of recipes comprising a first recipe and at least one second recipe by combing the basic recipe with the plurality of parameter values, the said first and second recipe differing from one another by at least one parameter value, aggregating according to each recipe of the set of recipes, and crosslinking according to each recipe of the set of recipes. Further, the invention comprises a system for executing the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de création d'une banque d'agrégats d'enzymes réticulées (CLEA), chaque CLEA étant préparé selon un procédé de réaction comprenant une étape d'agrégation consistant à agréger les enzymes et une étape de réticulation destiné à réticuler les enzymes, consistant à créer une recette de base de procédé de réaction de préparation d'un CLEA, à sélectionner au moins un paramètre de la recette de base, ce paramètre devant être varié, à générer plusieurs valeurs de paramètre, à créer un ensemble de recette comprenant une première recette et au moins une seconde recette par combinaison de la recette de base et des valeurs de paramètre, les première et seconde recettes étant différentes l'une de l'autre par au moins une valeur de paramètre, à réaliser un agrégat selon chacune des recettes de l'ensemble et à réticuler selon chaque recette de l'ensemble de recettes. L'invention concerne, en outre, un système de mise en oeuvre du procédé.
