An optical device is presented comprising: a cavity defining a cavity axis of light propagation; at least two optical elements having their optical axes, respectively, and being aligned along said cavity axis such that the optical axes of the optical elements coincide with said cavity axis; and a positioning unit associated with at least one of said at least two optical elements. The positioning unit is configured and operable for providing controllable axial rotation of said at least one optical element about the cavity axis, thereby enabling controllable fine adjustment of orientation of said at least one optical element relative to the at least one other optical element, while keeping the aligned positions of the optical elements with respect to said cavity axis.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif optique incluant : une cavité définissant un axe de cavité de propagation de lumière; au moins deux éléments optiques dont les axes optiques sont respectivement alignés le long dudit axe de cavité de telle manière que les axes optiques des éléments optiques coïncident avec ledit axe de cavité; et une unité de positionnement associée à au moins l'un desdits au moins deux éléments optiques. L'unité de positionnement est configurée et utilisable pour permettre une rotation axiale pouvant être commandée dudit ou desdits éléments optiques autour de l'axe de cavité, ce qui permet d'effectuer un réglage précis pouvant être commandé de l'orientation dudit ou desdits éléments optiques par rapport à l'au moins un autre élément optique, tout en conservant les positions alignées des éléments optiques par rapport à l'axe de cavité.
