Heat can be recovered from hot gas produced in a thermal reactor ( 1 ), by injecting water into the gas at one or more injection zones (4) in such an amount and in such a way that the gas temperature due to water evaporation is reduced to below 400~ C, preferably below 300~ C, possibly below 150-200 ~ C, and the gas dew point becomes at least 60 ~C, preferably at least 70 ~C, possibly 80 or 85 ~C. The gas can then be led through a condensing heat exchanger unit (8), where at least some of the gas contents of water vapour are condensed, and the condensing heat can be utilized for heating of a stream of fluid, mainly water. Hereby, a method for production of hot water is obtained, which is cheap and simple and has low maintenance costs, and which moreover has a high efficiency degree and good environmental qualities The method can be used for a broad spectrum of fuels and conversion technologies.
Le procédé et le système décrits permettent de récupérer la chaleur des gaz chauds produits dans un réacteur thermique (1), en injectant de l'eau dans les gaz au niveau d'une ou de plusieurs zones (4) d'injection, l'eau étant injectée à raison d'une quantité et selon un mode permettant de réduire la température des gaz sous l'effet de l'évaporation de l'eau à un niveau inférieur à 400 °C, et de préférence à un niveau inférieur à 300 °C, voire inférieur à 150-200 °C, le point de rosée des gaz atteignant au moins 60 °C, et de préférence au moins 70 °C, voire au moins 80 - 85 °C. Les gaz peuvent ensuite être dirigés à travers un ensemble (8) échangeur de chaleur à condensation, dans lequel une partie au moins de la vapeur d'eau contenue dans les gaz est condensée, et la chaleur de condensation peut servir à chauffer un flux de liquide circulant, composé principalement d'eau. On obtient ainsi un procédé de production d'eau chaude simple et bon marché, présentant des coûts de maintenance réduits, et possédant en outre un niveau de rendement élevé et respectant l'environnement. Ce procédé convient pour un large éventail de combustibles et de techniques de conversion
