A secured and centrally managed virtual IP communication method, apparatus and computer program is disclosed which facilitates communication between first computer, second computer and secure central virtual access server, through an intermediate network (real IP network). The central secure virtual access server, when operated in conjunction with first computer and second computer, supports a secured and managed virtual peer to peer connectivity with security features such as access control, encryption, and end to end auditing. An authorized access can be served securely through this centrally managed virtual IP network, across the open network, without fear of compromising security or privacy of the virtual communication channel. The method and system allow such feature as central filtering function to block communication initiation from undesired virtual host, therefore stopping unwanted digital courier.
