An interface between a computer aided dispatch system and an emergency medical dispatch protocol is provided. Able to operate in either a resident or a non- resident mode, this invention coordinates the transfer of control and information between computer aided dispatch system and the emergency medical dispatch protocol (201 - 220) to improve the efficiency of emergency medical response resources while maintaining the certainty of the use of an established medical response and instruction protocol.
La présente invention concerne une interface entre un système de répartition assisté par ordinateur et un protocole de répartition des urgences médicales. Capable de fonctionner en mode résident ou non résident, cette invention coordonne le transfert des commandes et des informations entre le système de répartition assisté par ordinateur et le protocole de répartition des urgences médicales (201 220) de façon à améliorer l'efficacité des ressources de réaction médicale d'urgence, tout en conservant la certitude de l'utilisation d'un protocole établi de réactions et d'instructions médicales.
