This invention called Sciac~ is a method and system for operating a new financial instrument and payment card, which integrates savings and credit transactions belonging to the same payment plan into a single account, which can be carried out at different periods in time, for any amount, agreed on with different fixed or adjustable interest rates, without losing the payment conditions of each savings and credit. The Sciac card as a financial instrument can be used to carry out long, medium and short-term savings and credit financial transactions and simultaneously as a payment card to buy and sell any kind of value. The Sciac card is operated through financial institutions and service centers by a computer system, which manages transactions between Sciac cardholders themselves and with financial institutions, maintains account balances, determines installments for debt and savings balances, manages available credit limits and guarantees, and manages other financial and payment services.
La présente invention, appelée Sciac~ est un procédé et un système de mise en oeuvre d'un nouvel instrument financier et d'une carte de paiement qui regroupent dans un seul compte, l'épargne et les transactions de crédits appartenant au même plan de paiement, pouvant être exécuté à des moments différents de l'année, pour tout montant, avec des taux d'intérêts fixes ou ajustables différents accordés, sans perdre les conditions de paiement de chaque épargne et du crédit. La carte Sciac, en tant qu'instrument financier peut être utilisée pour de l'épargne à long, moyen ou court termes et pour des transactions financières de crédit et simultanément en tant que carte de paiement permettant d'acheter et de vendre tout type de valeur. La carte Sciac est exploitée par les institutions financières et les centres de service par un système informatique, qui gère les transactions entre les détenteurs de carte Sciac eux-mêmes et avec les institutions financières, traite les soldes de comptes, détermine les versements échelonnés pour les soldes débiteur et créditeur, gère les limites de crédit disponible et les garanties et enfin gère d'autres services financiers et de paiement.
