A method and apparatus are disclosed that provide for automated financial resources allocation and accountability among various groups of budgeted accounts (40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60,62), which are overlaid on at least one actual account. The method provides for the user to establish the accounts (40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60,62) to be budgeted. The user then establishes a preset spending allocation amount for each account (40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,56,58,60,62). Each time the user makes a spending allocation for that particular account, the account reflects the amount spent and notifies the user of the remaining amount allocated for that account during a given period.

Procédé et appareil qui permettent l'affectation et le prélèvement automatiques de ressources financières parmi divers groupes de comptes budgétés qui sont superposés sur au moins un compte effectif. Selon ledit procédé, l'utilisateur établit les comptes à budgéter. L'utilisateur établit ensuite un montant d'affectation de dépense prédéfini pour chaque compte. Chaque fois que l'utilisateur affecte une dépense à un compte particulier, ce compte reflète le montant dépensé et notifie l'utilisateur du montant restant affecté à ce compte pour une période donnée.
