A method for optimizing a selection of spectral sensitivities for an imaging device includes determining a first set (52) of spectral sensitivities from an initial set (50) of spectral sensitivities based on an analysis of one of a universal measure of goodness (52), a m~-Factor (54), and RMS noise (56). A second set (54) of spectral sensitivities from the first set of spectral sensitivities based on an analysis of a different one of a universal measure of goodness, a m~-Factor, and RMS noise. The second set of spectral sensitivities is an optimized set of spectral sensitivities.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'optimiser une sélection de sensibilités spectrales pour un dispositif d'imagerie. Ce procédé consiste à déterminer un premier ensemble de sensibilités spectrales à partir d'un ensemble initial de sensibilités spectrales d'après une analyse d'un élément du groupe comprenant une mesure universelle de validité, un facteur µ et le bruit RMS. Un deuxième ensemble de sensibilités spectrales est déterminé à partir de la première pluralité d'ensembles de sensibilités spectrales d'après une analyse d'un autre élément du groupe mentionné ci-dessus. Le deuxième ensemble de sensibilités spectrales constitue un ensemble de sensibilités spectrales optimisé.
