ABSTRACT The invention relates to a method and system for preparing exhibition or fair common spaces or passages. A permanent frame is foreseen which can be lifted and lowered respectively in a stand-by, not hindering higher position and in an operative position at a desired height over the floor. The frame can removably carry ceiling elements, signalling elements and/or lighting means in order to mate with the look and practical requirements of each particular exhibition.
