A system and method of automatically processing data relating to a radiation therapy treatment plan. The method includes the acts of acquiring image data of a patient, generating a treatment plan for the patient based at least in part on the image data, the treatment plan including a calculated radiation dose to be delivered to the patient, acquiring an on-line image of the patient in substantially a treatment position, delivering at least a portion of the calculated radiation dose to the patient, and automatically recalculating the radiation dose received by the patient.
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de traiter automatiquement des données relatives à un plan de traitement par radiothérapie. Le procédé consiste à obtenir des données images d'un patient, à générer un plan de traitement pour le patient sur la base au moins en partie des données images, le plan de traitement comprenant une dose de rayonnement calculée à administrer au patient, à obtenir une image en ligne du patient dans substantiellement une position de traitement, à administrer au moins une partie de la dose de rayonnement calculée au patient, et à recalculer automatiquement la dose de rayonnement reçue par le patient.
