Method and system for processing of items (30) that are supplied to a batching apparatus (6), where said batching apparatus (6) comprises at least one handling means of the robot type (50). By means of the batching apparatus (6) a first process is performed, according to which items (30) are selectively batched in consideration of measured, detected and/or estimated data for the individual items (30) and in consideration of at least one predefined criterion. Particular items (44) are identified and led (14, 42) to another process (16, 46; 58, 54, 56), said particular items (44) being - items that are deviant in relation to one or more predefined parameter(s) relating to the batching and/or - items that have not been selected to be batched during said first process.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de traitement d'articles (30) fournis à un appareil (6) de mise en lots, ledit appareil (6) de mise en lots comprenant au moins un moyen de manutention de type robot (50). L'appareil (6) de mise en lots effectue un premier traitement au cours duquel les articles (30) ont répartis en lots de manière sélective en fonction de données mesurées, détectées et/ou estimées pour les articles individuels (30) et en fonction d'au moins un critère prédéfini. Les articles particuliers (44) sont identifiés et acheminés (14, 42) vers un autre traitement (16, 46; 58, 54, 56), lesdits articles particuliers (44) étant des articles ne respectant pas un ou plusieurs paramètres prédéfinis liés à la répartition en lots et/ou des articles non sélectionnés pour être répartis en lots pendant ledit premier traitement.
