A method is disclosed for producing hydrocarbon fluids through a well (1) having a well casing string (5) with a casing section (5A) which is surrounded by an annular space (9) which comprises a sensor assembly (8) for measuring electromagnetic and/or other physical properties of solid and fluid materials within the annular space (8), in an underground formation (2) surrounding the annular space (8) and/or within the interior of the section (5A) of the casing string (5), wherein the sensor assembly (8) is mounted on a body of swellable material, such as a swellable rubber or other elastomeric material, which is secured to the outer surface of said casing section and presses the sensor assembly (8) against the inner surface of the surrounding underground formation after the casing string (5) has been lowered into the wellbore (1).

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production de fluides hydrocarbonés par un puits (1) ayant un train de tubage de puits (5) avec une section de tubage (5A) qui est entourée par un espace annulaire (9) qui comprend un ensemble capteur (8) pour la mesure de propriétés électromagnétiques et/ou d'autres propriétés physiques de matières solides et fluides à l'intérieur de l'espace annulaire (8), dans une formation souterraine (2) entourant l'espace annulaire (8) et/ou à l'intérieur de la section (5A) du train de tubage (5), l'ensemble capteur (8) étant monté sur un corps en matériau apte à gonfler, tel qu'un caoutchouc ou autre matériau élastomère apte à gonfler, qui est fixé à la surface externe de ladite section de tubage et comprime l'ensemble capteur (8) contre la surface interne de la formation souterraine environnante après que le train de tubage (5) a été abaissé dans le puits de forage (1).
