The implant (10) can include a first threaded portion (14), a connecting member (16) opposite the first threaded portion (14) for attaching to a replacement tooth (12), a driver head (18) positioned between the threaded portion (14) and the connecting member (16), and a transmucosal collar (22) disposed between the driver head (18) and the first threaded portion (14).
