A system and method for optimizing the systemic delivery of growth-arresting lipid-derived bioactive drugs or gene therapy agents to an animal or human in need of such agents utilizing nanoscale assembly systems, such as liposomes, resorbable and non-aggregating nanoparticle dispersions, metal or semiconductor nanoparticles, or polymeric materials such as dendrimers or hydrogels, each of which exhibit improved lipid solubility, cell permeability, an increased circulation half life and pharmacokinetic profile with improved tumor or vascular targeting.
L'invention concerne un système et une méthode permettant d'optimiser la libération systémique d'agents de thérapie génique ou de médicaments bioactifs dérivés de lipides, d'arrêt de croissance chez un animal ou un être humain qui nécessite de tels agents. Ces agents utilisent des systèmes d'assemblage nanométriques, tels que des liposomes, des dispersions nanoparticulaires non agrégeantes et résorbables, des nanoparticules métalliques ou semi-conductrices ou des matières polymères telles que des dendrimères ou des hydrogels, qui présentent respectivement une liposolubilité améliorée, une perméabilité cellulaire, une demi-vie de circulation accrue et un profil pharmacocinétique à ciblage vasculaire et tumoral amélioré.
