A method and system for the configuration of a mobile station baseband circuit for an acoustic accessory having an identifier, the method comprising the steps of: determining whether the mobile device recognizes the identifier of the acoustic device; and configuring the baseband circuit with a DSP filter response and CODEC acoustic gain parameters for the acoustic device if the mobile device recognizes the identifier of the acoustic device. The system comprising: an identifier for each of the plurality of acoustic devices; a local memory in the mobile station storing a frequency (filter) response and gain parameters for at least one of the plurality of acoustic devices and for mapping them to the identifier; and a digital signal processor to re-shape an acoustic frequency response and adjust an audio gain of a baseband circuit for the mobile station based on the stored frequency response and gain parameters.
L'invention concerne une procédé et un système pour configurer un circuit en bande de base d'une station mobile en fonction d'un accessoire acoustique doté d'un identificateur. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : déterminer si le dispositif mobile reconnaît l'identificateur du dispositif acoustique; et configurer le circuit en bande de base au moyen d'une réponse de filtre DSP et de paramètres de gain acoustique CODEC en fonction du dispositif acoustique, si le dispositif reconnaît l'identificateur du dispositif acoustique. Le système comprend : un identificateur pour chacun des dispositifs acoustiques; une mémoire locale dans la station mobile qui héberge la réponse (de filtre) de fréquence et les paramètres de gain pour au moins un des plusieurs dispositifs acoustiques et pour les relier à l'identificateur; et un processeur de signaux numériques pour remodeler la réponse de fréquence acoustique et ajuster un gain audio d'un circuit en bande de base pour la station mobile en fonction de la réponse de fréquence stockée et des paramètres de gain.
