The invention relates to a method for producing ring frames from a composite material, which are intended for aircraft fuselages, using the resin transfer moulding (RTM) technique and two preforms having C and L shaped sections. The aforementioned preforms are produced with the aid of two tools (21, 55) using the following steps consisting in: obtaining the material; forming rectangular flat laminates (41); forming laminates having a right-angle section (51) on part of the right-angle section of the first tool (21), by positioning a forming membrane (55) and applying a vacuum and temperature cycle; and forming the C (11) and L (13) shaped preforms on a second curved tool (55), by deforming the right-angle laminates (51) on same and applying a vacuum and temperature cycle. The invention also relates to said tools (21, 55).

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer des couples en matériau composite pour des fuselages aéronautiques en appliquant le procédé RTM (moulage par transfert de résine) à deux préformes de section en C et en L qui sont fabriquées au moyen de deux outils (21, 55) lors des étapes suivantes, qui consistent : à fournir le matériau ; à façonner des laminés plats (41) rectangulaires ; à façonner des laminés à section angulaire droite (51) sur une partie à section angulaire droite du premier outil (21) en plaçant une membrane de façonnage (55) et en appliquant un cycle de température et de vide ; à façonner les préformes à section en C (11) et en L (13) sur un second outil courbé (55) en déformant sur ce dernier les laminés à section angulaire droite (51) et en appliquant un cycle de température et de vide. L'invention concerne également ces outils (21, 55).
