In a method and a transmission device for transmitting zapping data, which is part of a first data rate in periodically recurring burst intervals (.DELTA.tA, .DELTA.tB ) of a digital television transmission system of respectively transmitted programs, and which are transmitted in time intervals (.DELTA.t1A, .DELTA.t1B; .DELTA.t4A, .DELTA.t4B) between the burst intervals (.DELTA.tA, .DELTA.tB ) associated with the respective program, the zapping data is transmitted at a second data rate that is different from the first data rate of the individual bursts.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'émission pour la transmission de données de changement de chaînes télévisées, appartenant respectivement à des programmes respectivement transmis à un premier débit de données dans des intervalles de rafales répétés périodiquement (.DELTA.tA, .DELTA.tB) d'un système de transmission de télévision numérique, transmises dans des intervalles de temps (.DELTA.t1A, .DELTA.t1B; .DELTA.t4A, .DELTA.t4B) entre les intervalles de rafales (.DELTA.tA, .DELTA.tB) appartenant respectivement au programme correspondant. Selon l'invention, les données de changement de chaînes sont transmises à un deuxième débit de données différent du premier débit de données des rafales individuelles.
