A method of forming a perforated conduit is provided having length and diameter dimensions including smooth-walled and corrugated conduit. The method includes the steps of: creating a cavity in a mold body with a first and a second mold- half, where each mold-half are closed together to form the cavity ; injecting molten conduit- forming material into the cavity resulting in a conduit in semi-molten state; perforating said conduit-forming material while the conduit-forming material is in a semi- molten state inside the mold body such that perforating is accomplished concurrent with formation of the perforated conduit and using at least one single or multi-tipped sequentially radially actuatable perforator, each perforator having at least an actuatable perforator core; and an actuatable perforator sleeve into which said perforator core fits; wherein the core and sleeve are sequentially actuatable, with the core actuated radially inwardly first to perforate the semi-molten material, followed by the sleeve to roll the edges of the semi--molten material inwardly resulting in creating a plurality of perforations within the conduit, each of said perforations formed during making of the conduit and thereby rolling the semi-molten state material inwardly and consequently enhancing functioning of the perforated conduit.
