One aspect of the present invention relates to a method for increasing the temperature of a substance which is initially in an at least partly solidified state in a container (34), where at least one heat exchanger is arranged in the container. One object is to obtain that the temperature of a substance may be changed relatively fast. This is obtained by having pumping means for displacing the substance, exchanging heat between a heat exchanger and the substance, displacing substance with the pumping means for increased heat exchange between the heat exchanger and the substance, as well as stirring the substance with the pumping means by displacing the substance inside the container. When the substance is displaced, then not only stagnant substance is in contact with the heat exchanger for heat exchange. The amount of substance in contact with the heat exchanger is thereby greatly increased, and the heat transfer is less dependent on thermal conductivity of the substance.
Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'augmenter la température d'une substance qui, au départ, est au moins en partie à l'état solide dans un conteneur (34), le conteneur étant équipé d'au moins un échangeur de chaleur. Un des objectifs est de modifier relativement vite la température d'une substance. Cet objectif est atteint à l'aide d'un moyen de pompage permettant le déplacement de la substance, l'échange de chaleur entre au moins un échangeur de chaleur et la substance, le déplacement de la substance pour augmenter l'échange de chaleur entre l'échangeur de chaleur et la substance, et le brassage de la substance pour déplacer la substance à l'intérieur du conteneur. Le déplacement de la substance permet de mettre d'autres substances que les substances stagnantes en contact avec l'échangeur de chaleur, pour qu'il y ait échange de chaleur. Cette technique permet d'augmenter sensiblement la quantité de substance en contact avec l'échangeur de chaleur et de réduire la dépendance entre le transfert de chaleur et la conductivité thermique de la substance.
