A method and a communication system are disclosed, for the billing of access controlled programmes and/or data, which are distributed in an encoded and unidirectional manner by a broadcast transmitter (30) and received by at least one receiver device (10). Access to the encoded programmes and/or data is by decoding in the receiver device, when received access requirement data, for the access controlled programmes and/or data, agree with authorisation data for the user. Clearing data is transmitted from the central unit (20) to a clearing module (201), comprising clearing data, billing data for the said access to the uncoded access controlled programmes and/or data and user data. The central unit (20) offers the provider information about the user data, corresponding to the received clearing data, said information is generated by the central unit (20), according to fixed subsequent use conditions. The invention, in particular, relates to mobile radio equipment with in-built broadcast receivers, connected to a clearing centre, by means of a mobile radio network.
L'invention concerne un procédé, et un système de communication destinés à la facturation de programmes et/ou de données à accès contrôlé diffusés de manière codée et unidirectionnelle par un émetteur de diffusion (30), et reçus par au moins un dispositif de réception (10). Les programmes et/ou données diffusés de manière codée sont décodés dans le dispositif de réception (10) pour l'accès lorsque des données de condition d'accès reçues des programmes et/ou données à accès contrôlé correspondent à des données d'autorisation de l'utilisateur. A cet effet, des données de compensation de l'unité centrale (20) sont transmises à un module de compensation (201), lesdites données de compensation comportant des données de facturation pour ledit accès aux programmes et/ou données à accès contrôlé non codés, ainsi que des données utilisateur. L'unité centrale (20) met des informations concernant les données utilisateur à disposition du prestataire en fonction des données de compensation reçues, lesdites informations étant produites par l'unité centrale (20) en fonction de conditions d'utilisation ultérieure prédéterminées. L'invention concerne en particulier des appareils de téléphonie mobile comportant un récepteur de diffusion intégré, et reliés à un centre de compensation par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de téléphonie mobile.
