The invention relates to a method and a device and to the use thereof for producing fuel pellets from moist biomass of all kinds. The biomass is comminuted, mechanically dehydrated, dried and then processed into pellets. The comminution is a fine comminution process and/or the biomass is washed before or after the comminution - optionally with the water obtained during the mechanical dehydration- and is optionally prehydrated and/or heated before the mechanical dehydration step, and is optionally comminuted again after the mechanical dehydration step for easier drying.
L'invention concerne un procédé et des dispositifs ainsi que leur utilisation pour la production de comprimés de combustible à partir de biomasse humide de tout type. Selon le procédé, la biomasse est fragmentée, déshydratée par voie mécanique, séchée puis transformée en comprimés. La fragmentation est un broyage et/ou la biomasse est lavée avant ou après fragmentation, éventuellement avec l'eau résultant de la déshydratation mécanique, éventuellement préalablement égouttée avant déshydratation mécanique et/ou chauffée et éventuellement refragmentée après déshydratation mécanique en vue de faciliter le séchage.
