The invention relates to a high-speed writing system and to a high-speed writing device comprising a particular menu selection for inputting text using a stylus and a touchscreen. This type of text inputting system is suitable for desktops, laptops, palmtops, mobile telephones (SMS and WAP), clocks and other electronic devices. A considerably higher degree of writing efficiency can be achieved with little practice, compared to the QWERTY keyboard. A keyboard featuring all of the consonants of the alphabet appears on the monitor in addition to a vowel key which is distinguished by its location and its function. All of the elements of the writing process that define the method are made possible by stylus movements such as the selection of a key or leading in one of eight stylus directions, and by combinations of these stylus movements. The high-speed writing devices described are all characterised by a small, ergonomically advantageously positioned inputting field, making all of the keys accessible with a single touch of the hand for inputting text.
L'invention concerne un système d'enregistrement rapide et un appareil d'enregistrement rapide avec une sélection par menu spécial pour l'entrée de texte à l'aide d'un stylo et d'un écran tactile. Ce type d'entrée de texte convient aux ordinateurs de bureau, ordinateurs portables, ordinateurs à main, téléphones mobiles (SMS et WAP), montres et autres appareils électroniques. On obtient une efficacité d'écriture nettement meilleure avec peu d'entraînement par rapport au clavier QWERTY. A l'écran apparaît un clavier avec toutes les consonnes de l'alphabet, ainsi qu'une touche vocale de disposition et de fonction étiquetées. Par déplacement du stylo comme la sélection d'une touche ou le guidage dans une des huit directions de traçage, ainsi que par combinaison de ces mouvements de stylo, tous les éléments du processus d'écriture définissant le procédé sont possibles. Les appareils d'enregistrement rapide décrits se distinguent tous par un champ d'entrée compact et disposé de façon avantageusement ergonomique. Ainsi pour l'entrée de texte, toutes les touches sont accessibles par une seule pose de la main.
