A method of therapeutic management of infertility by programming of controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) and as-sisted reproductive procedures (ART) the improvement consisting of a) supression of premature ovulation with an LHRH-antagonist in controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) and assisted reproductive techniques (ART) with multiple follicle and oocyte development; b) programming the start of controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) by the administration of progestogen only - or alternatively com-bined oral contraceptive preparations; c) exogenous stimulation of the ovarian follicle growth; d) ovulation induction with HCG, native LHRH, LHRH-agonists or recombinant LH; e) application of assisted reproduction techniques, especially of IVF, ICSI, GIFT, ZIFT or by intrauterine insemination by sperm injection.

L'invention concerne une technique de gestion thérapeutique de l'infertilité par programmation d'une stimulation ovarienne commandée (COS), et des procédures de reproduction assistée (ART). L'amélioration consiste a) à supprimer une ovulation prématurée à l'aide d'un antagoniste de LHRH dans des techniques de reproduction assistée (ART) et de stimulation ovarienne commandée (COS), par développement de plusieurs follicules et ovocytes; b) à programmer le début d'une stimulation ovarienne par administration de progestogène uniquement ou alternativement associé à des préparations contraceptives orales; c) à stimuler de manière exogène la croissance du follicule ovarien; d) à induire une ovulation au moyen de techniques de reproduction assistée, en particulier par fécondation in-vitro (IVF), par transfert intra-fallopien de gamète (GIFT),par transfert intra-fallopien de zygote (ZIFT), et par insémination intra-utérine avec injection de sperme.
