The invention relates to a method for adjusting the friction coefficient of the surface of a metallic workpiece by applying and hardening a single-layer or multi-layer coating having a boundary surface facing towards the workpiece and having a boundary surface facing away from the workpiece, wherein one or more base coats, each having at least one binding agent and metallic particles, is/are applied in layers, and at least one of the base coats has at least one lubricant. To propose an option for the more efficient use of lubricant in anti-corrosion coatings, it is provided that the friction coefficient is adjusted by means of a lubricant concentration and/or a lubricant composition at the boundary surface facing towards the workpiece which is different from that at the boundary surface facing away from the workpiece.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé pour régler le coefficient de frottement de la surface d'une pièce à usiner métallique en déposant et en faisant durcir un revêtement monocouche ou multicouche avec une interface tournée vers la pièce à usiner et avec une interface orientée à l'opposé de la pièce à usiner, une ou plusieurs couches de base présentant respectivement au moins un liant et des particules métalliques étant déposées et au moins une des couches de base présentant au moins un lubrifiant. L'invention vise à réaliser une utilisation plus efficace du lubrifiant dans des revêtements anticorrosion. A cet effet, le coefficient de frottement est réglé par une concentration et/ou une composition du lubrifiant qui, sur l'interface tournée vers la pièce à usiner, se différencie de l'interface orientée à l'opposé de la pièce à usiner.
