Method for affixing an addition to a localized zone on a part (5) using a superalloy; it involves the following steps: a) prepare an addition (6) with pre-established functional properties; b) deposit on at least one surface of the addition (6) a uniform layer of a powder mixture that is composed of a nickel or cobalt superalloy powder and a metal brazing powder; c) braze the addition with the composite coating obtained from step b) on the localized zone of the machined part (5); finish machine the part.
Un procédé de réalisation d'un apport sur une zone localisée de pièce (5) en superalliage comporte les étapes suivantes : a) réalisation d'un élément d'apport (6) à propriétés fonctionnelles déterminées ; b) dépôt sur au moins une surface de l'élément d'apport (6) d'une couche uniforme obtenue à partir d'un mélange de poudre constitué d'une poudre en superalliage de nickel ou cobalt et d'une poudre en métal d'apport de brasage ; c) brasage de l'élément d'apport (6) composite revêtu obtenu a l'issue de l'étape b sur la zone localisée de la pièce (5) ; d) usinage en finition de la pièce.
