A method for aligning and assembling an optical demultiplexer module comprising an input fiber, a collimator lens, a diffraction grating, and a light receiving element array, and an automatic aligning mechanism. This method comprises a step of preparing a sub-module (A) comprising the input fiber and the light receiving element array and a sub-module (B) comprising the diffraction grating and the collimator lens, a step of preparing an aligning jig for independently moving the sub-modules (A and B), a step of fixing the sub-modules (A and B) to the aligning jig, and a step of performing alignment so that optical output from light receiving elements is maximized by receiving light from the input fiber and relatively moving the sub module (B) with respect to the sub-module (A).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'aligner et d'assembler un module de démultiplexeur optique comprenant une fibre d'entrée, une lentille de collimateur, un réseau de diffraction, un réseau d'éléments de réception de lumière, et un mécanisme d'alignement automatique. Ce procédé consiste à préparer un sous-module (A) comprenant la fibre d'entrée et le réseau d'éléments de réception de lumière, et un sous-module (B) comprenant le réseau de diffraction et la lentille de collimateur; à préparer un gabarit d'alignement de façon à déplacer indépendamment les sous-modules (A et B); à fixer lesdits sous-modules (A et B) au gabarit d'alignement; à effectuer un alignement de sorte que la sortie optique provenant des éléments de réception de lumière est maximisée pour recevoir la lumière provenant de la fibre d'entrée; et à déplacer le sous-module (B) par rapport au sous-module (A).
