Method and system for analyzing hair, predicting achievable end colors and recommending hair color agents based on recipient specific input. Includes methods for (a) identifying an achievable end hair color based upon at least one starting hair value of a recipient; (b) for identifying a hair coloring agent based upon at least one starting hair value of a recipient; and (c) for outputting an image for a hair color analyzing system. Also includes (d) a method for providing a hair coloring product to a consumer comprising the steps of: (i) identifying achievable end hair colors for the consumer, (ii) depicting the achievable end colors to the consumer, (iii) allowing the consumer to select a desired end hair color, and (iv) recommending to the consumer a hair coloring agent to achieve said desired end hair color.
Procédé et système servant à analyser les cheveux, à prédire le coloris final qu'il est possible d'obtenir et à recommander des agents colorants en fonction d'entrées spécifiques concernant le consommateur. Ces procédés consistent a) à identifier une couleur finale possible en fonction d'au moins une valeur de départ du cheveux; b) à identifier un agent de coloration en fonction au moins d'une valeur de départ du cheveux; c) à produire une image pour le système d'analyse de la couleur du cheveux. Egalement d) procédé servant à indiquer un produit de coloration à un consommateur, ce qui consiste à: i) identifier des couleurs finales pouvant être obtenues pour le consommateur, ii) décrire ces couleurs finales au consommateur, iii) permettre au consommateur de sélectionner une couleur finale souhaitée et iv) recommander au consommateur un agent colorant permettant d'obtenir ladite couleur finale souhaitée.
