The invention provides a method for analyzing minute amounts of Pd, Rh and Ru with high accuracy by a high-frequency plasma mass spectroscope. The method comprises (1) a step of pretreating a sample by an alkali fusion method using a sodium compound; and (2) a step of analyzing the pretreated sample using a high-frequency plasma mass spectroscope; wherein, in step (2), the distance between a sampling cone and a skimmer cone is adjusted such that the concentration of 40Ar65Cu which interferes with Pd, the concentrations of 40Ar63Cu and 40Ar40Ar23 Na which interfere with Rh, and the concentrations of 38Ar63Cu and 40Ar38Ar23Na which interfere with Ru are all equal to or less than 0.05 ppb.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de dosage de minuscules quantités de Pd (palladium), de Rh (rhodium) et de Ru (ruthénium) à l'aide d'un spectromètre de masse à plasma induit par haute fréquence. La méthode comprend deux étapes : la première consiste à prétraiter un échantillon par fusion alcaline à l'aide d'un composé de sodium et la deuxième correspond à l'analyse de l'échantillon prétraité à l'aide d'un spectromètre de masse à plasma induit par haute fréquence. € la deuxième étape, la distance entre le cône d'échantillonnage et le cône de récupération est ajusté de manière à ce que les concentrations de 40Ar65Cu, qui interfèrent avec le Pd, de 40Ar63Cu et de 40Ar40Ar23Na, qui interfèrent avec le Rh, et de 38Ar63Cu et de 40Ar38Ar23Na, qui interfèrent avec le Ru, soient égales ou inférieures à 0,05 ppb.
