The invention relates to a method for analyzing proteins, according to which an array of first scavenger molecules that are specific to peptide epitopes is used. The proteins to be analyzed or a protein mixture containing the proteins to be analyzed is broken down into peptide fragments that correspond to the peptide epitopes, whereupon the array of scavenger molecules is incubated with the peptide fragments. Afterwards, peptide fragments bound to the scavenger molecules are identified.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de protéines qui consiste à utiliser un réseau de premières molécules de fixation spécifiques aux épitopes peptidiques. Les protéines à analyser ou un mélange protéique contenant les protéines à analyser sont dégradés en fragments peptidiques correspondant aux épitopes peptidiques, puis le réseau de molécules de fixation est incubé avec les fragments peptidiques. Les fragments peptidiques fixés aux molécules de fixation sont ensuite identifiés.
