The present invention provides a method for analyzing the amount of intraabdominal adipose tissue comprising: determining the amount of intraabdominal tissue in a test-animal from the concentration of a protein in a body fluid, tissue or cell of said test-animal or in a prepared test solution from the body fluid, tissue or cell of said test- animal, based on the positive relationship between the amount of the intraabdominal adipose tissue in an animal and the concentration, of a protein in a body fluid, tissue or cell of said animal or in a prepared solution from the body fluid, tissue or cell of said animal, wherein the protein is (1) encompassed by the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 or is (2) recognized by an antibody against a protein encompassed by the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1.
La présente invention présente un procédé d'analyse de la quantité de tissu adipeux intra-abdominal, comprenant : la détermination de la quantité de tissu intra-abdominal dans un animal de laboratoire à partir de la concentration d'une protéine dans un fluide corporel, un tissu ou une cellule dudit animal de laboratoire ou dans une solution préparée de test de fluide corporel, de tissu ou de cellule dudit animal de laboratoire, à partir de la relation positive entre la quantité de tissu adipeux intra-abdominal chez un animal et la concentration d'une protéine dans un fluide corporel, un tissu ou une cellule dudit animal ou dans une solution préparée à partir du fluide corporel, du tissu ou de la cellule dudit animal, où la protéine est (1) formée par la séquence d'acides aminés représentée dans SEQ ID NO: 1 ou est (2) reconnue par un anticorps contre une protéine formée par la séquence d'acides aminés représentée dans SEQ ID NO: 1.
