The invention concerns a method for analyzing tumor agressivity of cancer cells comprising measurement of the amount of stationary polymerized actin in a lysate of said cells. Advantageously, the measurement of the amount of stationary actin is carried out by fluorescence static polarization.
La présente invention concerne une méthode d'analyse de l'agressivité tumorale de cellules cancéreuses comprenant la mesure de la quantité d'actine polymérisée à l'état stationnaire dans un lysat desdites cellules. Avantageusement, la mesure de la quantité d'actine à l'état stationnaire est réalisée par polarisation statique de fluorescence.
