A chemical reactor and a method for arranging a ceramic barrier in a gasifying reactor, which reactor is arranged to convert high energy organic waste of black liquor type with a large amount of organic or inorganic alkali metal compounds, by high temperature oxidation with air or oxygen, whereby the organic waste is converted to a hot reducing gas containing a considerable amount of water vapour and the inorganic compounds form an alkali-containing salt melt at a temperature of 750-1150 ~C, and which reactor is arranged to comprise an outer shell (14) with associated inlet and outlet devices for reactants and products, the method comprising the arranging of a lining (16, 18) comprising one or more layers of ceramic barriers (16, 18) on the inside of the shell (14), the innermost ceramic barrier (16) of the reactor being composed of a lining material that primarily contains compounds of aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and at least one of alkali metal oxides (Me2(I)O) and alkaline earth metal oxides (Me(II)0), forming compounds of the type Me2(I)O Al2O3 and Me(II)0- Al2O3.
L'invention concerne un réacteur chimique et un procédé d'agencement d'une barrière céramique dans un réacteur de gazéification, ledit réacteur étant agencé pour transformer des déchets organiques de haute énergie, du type liqueur noire, avec une grande quantité de composés de métaux alcalins organiques ou inorganiques, par oxydation à haute température avec de l'air ou de l'oxygène, de façon que les déchets organiques soient transformés en un gaz réducteur chaud contenant une quantité considérable de vapeur d'eau et que les composés inorganiques forment un mélange fondu de sels contenant des alcalins, à une température de 750-1150 °C. Le réacteur est agencé de manière à comprendre une enveloppe externe (14) ayant des dispositifs d'entrée et de sortie associés, pour les réactants et les produits, ledit procédé comprenant l'agencement d'un chemisage (16, 18) comprenant une ou plusieurs couches de barrière céramique (16, 18) sur l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (14). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la barrière céramique (16) du réacteur, située la plus à l'intérieur, est composée d'un matériau de chemisage contenant principalement des composés d'oxyde d'aluminium (Al2O3) et au moins l'un des oxydes de métaux alcalins (Me2 (I)O) et des oxydes de métaux alcalino-terreux (Me(II)O), formant des composés du type Me2 (I)O. Al2O3 et Me(II)O.Al2O3.
