The invention concerns a method for automatized combustion of solid fuel in a combustion apparatus which comprises a burner (1) with a device (1), which is rotatable about the centre axis of the burner for stirring the fuel in the burner which is connected to a boiler (400) and has a feeding-in opening (63, 62) for fuel in the rear end of the burner outside of the boiler and an outlet opening (3) for completely or partly combusted flue gases in the front end of the burner which opens in a combustion chamber (41) inside the boiler which comprises a convection unit (402), from which a hot water conduit (403) extends, said combustion apparatus also including a fan (27) provided to be driven by a second motor (22), here called fan motor, for blowing combustion air into the burner, and a fuel charge feeder (200, 212) for fuel provided to be driven by a third motor (211), here called fuel charge feeding motor. The method is characterised in that the temperature of the water in the hot water conduit is measured, that the measured value is transmitted into a control unit (300), and that the rate of a first motor (34), here called stirring motor, which is provided to rotate said rotatable device for stirring the fuel in the burner, the rate of the fan motor, and the rate of the fuel charge feeding motor are regulated by command from the control unit in dependency of the measured value of the temperature of the water in the hot water conduit which is transmitted to the control unit and in dependency of the heating effect that the burner shall generate according to a control program which is stored in a computer in the control unit, in order that a certain desired temperature of the water in the hot water conduit shall be achieved and be maintained. The invention also concerns a combustion apparatus for automatized combustion of solid fuel.
L'invention concerne un procédé de combustion automatisé d'un combustible solide dans un appareil à combustion comprenant un brûleur (1) pourvu d'un dispositif (1) qui pivote autour de l'axe central dudit brûleur, de manière à agiter le combustible dans le brûleur. Ce brûleur est relié à une chaudière (400) et possède une ouverture d'alimentation (63, 62) en combustible au niveau de son extrémité arrière, situé en dehors de la chaudière, et une ouverture de sortie (3) pour les gaz de combustion complètement ou partiellement brûlés, au niveau de son extrémité avant, qui débouche dans une chambre de combustion (41) située à l'intérieur de la chaudière pourvue d'une unité de convection (402) à partir de laquelle s'étendent des conduits d'eau chaude. L'appareil de combustion comprend un ventilateur (27) destiné à être entraîné par un second moteur (22) appelé moteur du ventilateur, permettant de souffler l'air comburant dans le brûleur, et un ensemble d'alimentation (200, 212) de charge de combustible destiné à être entraîné par un troisième moteur (211) appelé moteur de l'ensemble d'alimentation de charge de combustible. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que la température de l'eau dans le conduit d'eau chaude est mesurée, en ce que la valeur mesurée est transmise à une unité de commande (300), et en ce que la vitesse du premier moteur (34) appelé moteur du dispositif d'agitation est destinée à faire tourner le dispositif rotatif, de manière à agiter le combustible dans le brûleur. Les vitesses du moteur du ventilateur et du moteur de l'ensemble d'alimentation de charge de combustible sont régulées par une commande de l'unité de commande, en fonction de la valeur mesurée de la température de l'eau dans le conduit d'eau chaude, cette valeur étant transmise à l'unité de commande et en fonction de la puissance calorifique produite par le brûleur selon un programme de commande stocké dans l'ordinateur de l'unité de commande. On obtient et on maintient ainsi la température souhaitée. L'invention concerne également un appareil de combustion destiné à la combustion automatisée d'un combustible solide.
