The present invention relates to a method and to a device for automatized dose planning in stereotactic radiosurgery. The method comprises the steps of: inputting into a computer location data on the target volume to be irradiated; positioning in the dose plan a number of shots having a preliminary weight, in certain preliminary positions in said target volume; and by means of an iterative minimizing method minimizing the dose plan with respect to shot positions and shot weights.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à planifier automatiquement des doses en radiochirurgie stéréotaxique. Ce procédé consiste à entrer dans un ordinateur des données de localisation concernant le volume ciblé à irradier; à positionner dans le plan de dosage plusieurs points d'irradiation possédant un poids préliminaire dans certaines positions préliminaires dans ledit volume ciblé; à réduire au minimum le plan de dosage par rapport aux positions des points d'irradiation et au poids de ces derniers au moyen d'un procédé répétitif de réduction.
