A method for blowing fine particles containing metal oxide into a reducing gas. In order to achieve maximum contact of fine particles with reducing gas, a central material jet formed from fine particles and carrier gas is introduced into the reducing gas and at least one gas jet formed from a secondary gas is directed against the material jet. The gas jet atomizes the material jet, and fine particles are uniformly distributed in reducing gas.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'injection de fines renfermant des oxydes métalliques dans un gaz de réduction et a pour but d'obtenir un contact optimum de ces fines avec le gaz de réduction. A cet effet, un jet central de matériau formé de fines et d'un gaz porteur est introduit dans le gaz de réduction, et au moins un jet de gaz formé par un gaz secondaire est dirigé à l'encontre du jet de matériau. Le jet de gaz pulvérise le jet de matériau et les fines sont uniformément réparties dans le gaz de réduction.
